AT-ACT Stumbles Into Clearance

Those who held off on pulling the trigger on the Rogue One AT-ACT, may want to start hitting Target stores as reader Mike M. found them marked down to $149.98 at his store. YMMV, but I’ve also heard that stores will be putting these on clearance December 26.

  • My store has it on clearance with the clearance sticker on it. The only problem is, the geniuses in my store have the clearance price as 299.99! You can’t make this stuff up. I even scanned it just in case the sticker was wrong.

  • Just wait for the red stickers on pile up on top of this red sticker…. when the price plummets even lower

  • Firestick User

Saw my first one in Las Vegas Target on 12/22. It still had the electronic theft deterent so I didn’t look at the price.

  • TrueTRUMPStyle

Heck I just found $9.00 TFA Tie Fighters and I’m happy.
Next year I will be getting the $19.99 AT-ACT’s!!!
Be patient, they made tons of these toys.

  • 80sRobot

Geez already?? Are not enough non-collectors not buying them?

  • Bombadgungan

Get it down to 1 cent and I’ll think about it. See, I can play the role of a greedy entitled collector as well. LOL!

Seriously though, I am utterly shocked to see this on 50% off clearance a mere ONE WEEK after the movie launched and but a couple weeks after these first hit the shelves. I mean what kind of retail plan it that?

    • Chuck McMenamin

I think the stores that aren’t carrying it forward in their revisions are clearancing it out. We have a set date revision for it on 1/15/17, so it’ll be full price at my store for a while.

  • Lance

    Make it 50 and sold

  • Pieter Ketelaar

$140.75 shipped from Disney Store.com Dec. 5 and haven’t looked back.

  • General Hux

Just a little bit more and I’ll bite.

    • CT-7567

Yup. It’s getting close. It actually looks like a fun toy, it’s just too expensive. I want the TFA Falcon too, but I never saw it for less than full retail. Both are kid-friendly, not meant for collectors but look like they’d be fun to play around with.

  • nutzaboutpoker

Paid $200 for mine and have no regrets. Really enjoy it.

  • chad

For what you get though the walking gimmick is cool though but yeah it should go down to 100 before I jump on it.I have only seen this thing at TRU.

  • nate e.

I believe the finally Target markdown price ends with 94 cents, so if that’s still true this should drop at least once more.

    • Darth Maleval

This is only at 50%, so it could get marked to 70% at some point. That would put it at around $209. It won’t get marked down any more than that.

      • nate e.

        So $90.94, then 😉

  • GIBBS v2

    LOLOLOLOLOL!

  • Rykrof_Enloe

Crazy considering it just showed up in stores over the past week or so… but then again, perhaps Target already realizes what Hasbro does not – the $300 MSRP is insane.

    • GIBBS v2

They just showed up in my small Minnesota town. I barely noticed them at first because they put them on the shelf standing on the small side filed like books with just the box bottom visible.

      • Taylor Morland

What town I have yet to see them on the shelf in minny

    • Tom P.

In Canada the MSRP is $399 and is currently on sale for $299 at TRU. LOL

    • 80sRobot

Walmart.com is selling them for $199 with free shipping to your local Walmart for pickup.

      • Rykrof_Enloe

Yeah I got mine for $200 through Walmart.com

  • darthvaderdisco

If they halve that price again, I might be interested. Probably not.

  • Rivesjunctionite

Dang! I haven’t even seen one in any brick and mortar store yet.
Still, $150 is a bit steep. I was hoping for $120 or maybe even $100.

    • MyenShi

They’ll get there. Likely even less.

    • Roq

      Wait a bit. Haha.

    • SID

Same here not a sign… Nor do I care
