The anthology a star wars story films will burst on the scene and have short-term popularity but in the end be forgettable. No one will remember or care about Director Krennic or Jyn Urso a year from now. Same thing will happen with the Han movie. Excitement, build up, but fluff.

    • Rob Redahl

I bet you’re a load of fun at parties.

I don’t know any Star Wars fans who are dying to get their hands on the blu-ray of Rogue One. They want the original unaltered trilogy but Rogue One, not so much. I actually want to see it again because the first half was so slow and disjointed, still not sure what was going on with Saw Gerrera.

  • Sith Lord Jacen

    easy pass

  • I’m not sure which one. I’ll get whichever version has the fewest amount of errors on the cover. On one, the TIE fighters are firing red lasers. On another I noticed this: https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/8428c5ab39793cd2f2fb95c19f0d3a38453e662f47279978a98d57fb7ba205be.jpg screw it, i’m getting the digital only

The Tie Fighters and now this? LOL! I’m sticking with the Target version….And is that the Partisan X-Wing from Jedha on Scarif right there? I could’ve done better than this.

      • Personally, I like how Bodhi is just floating there above the surf

    • Deleted scene?

  • 80sRobot

I hope they later release the deleted scenes, and own up to the changes that were made to the overall movie. Lucasfilm/Disney shouldn’t shy away from this, trying to “forget” about this history — from a hardcore fan’s viewpoint (and those who study film and modern-day moviemaking), this is fascinating, the evolution and shaping of the narrative, which turned out to be successful. Lucasfilm should just own up to this and have the director and writers provide commentary to put this deleted footage and changes into context for us to learn.

Please, don’t be like George Lucas and try to erase this history!

    • Darth_Raww

Amen. I was really looking forward to learning more of what went into the rewrites & reshoots. And no deleted scenes at all?! Makes me wonder if they’ll be releasing another version in the Fall.

Ah, you posted the link never mind…But holy crap, there is so many retailer exclusives, and the bonus content already seems 10 times better than TFA.

I think I’ll get the Target exclusive and leave it at that. 🙂

      • Bombadgungan

I know right? Does every retailer really need their own exclusive edition? How about corner gas station edition? LOL! Different box art is one thing, but it drives me crazy when they have different content.

        • Bombadgungan

Red Box edition with exclusive deleted scenes! 😉

    • Bombadgungan

      Forest Whitaker is in it???

    • Which one are you getting Huxy?

      • General Hux

        Target version, how ’bout you?

        • I got TFA blu ray from target on that first week promo, so I guess I go there again…or maybe I’ll try walmart and when Im let down by the lack of BS 3.75, at least I’ll have the RO right there to make up for it.

  • General Hux

Spoilers, Jayson! Star Wars is ruined! I didn’t know Chirrut ad Kaytoo died!! 🙂

    • Bombadgungan

      Ah! Come ooooon! 😉

Next thing you’ll tell me is Yoda dies in ROTJ!

      • General Hux

        Yoda dies?? What?!

    • K-2SO

      No, I didn’t died…
