How much are they going to be able to offer these for? $12 a pop again? It was nice seeing them go down to $6 at walmart now they will be overpriced at LCBS

    • My guess is that they will offer them at the price listed in the ad above.

Jayson, do we know the fate of the Ponda Baba wave or did it just fall into Disney’s The Black Hole?

  • Littlegreenwiseguy

“How typical.” Now we just have to convince tight budgeted comic shop owners to order these. (Not always an easy deal.)

  • Bombadgungan

I got a little ahead of myself. At first I thought this was announcing that comic shops would be getting the Ponda Baba wave. Now I see it says “previous” 3.75″ Black Series.

Did we ever hear the fate of that last wave? Where we will be able to buy them? Online exclusive perhaps?

  • Boba Fettuccini

Ask your comic shops to order these. Go give them contact info, don’t wait for them to just order them.

  • Boba Fettuccini

I have a subscription box at my LCS, I’ll have to have them get some of these for me.

  • Rivesjunctionite

Scarif trooper!!!!!! How long are we gonna have to wait for that?

    • Bombadgungan

Scarf Trooper coming this holiday season!

      Oh, Scarif Trooper. Nevermind. 😉

  • Hazzbro Jonez

hmmm interesting. ill be looking out for shark trooper on my normal rounds to the shop

    • Hazzbro Jonez

probably gonna price them at either $15 or $20 with that comic shop mark up.

its like all of the mainstream items you find at target and wal mart are always marked up at comic shops but the items only solicited to comic shops are always cheaper or on sale. ahahah why would i buy a 10 year old DCUC batman figure for $45 when i can get the new updated icons batman for $25

  • Brian B.

My local comic store’s got a few Dutch Vanders and a VC Super Battle Droid as well as a whole bunch of POTJ/Saga Collection figures. Would be interested to see if they’d start to get these figures in, maybe I’d actually be able to add these to my (admittedly shrinking) 3.75″ space

  • SID

Good and bad news… I just hope this drives the prices down on the aftermarket. Cuz I don’t have the 2 RO troopers and “scalpers” are really being unreasonable with left over offerings.

    • Hazzbro Jonez

if you need TBS3.75 death troopers they are currently in stock at the wallyworld website

  • SteveU1

Well they never got to retail like they should have so walmart must be sitting on a ton maybe and sold them wholesale. Just a guess

    • Jebediaah

      I agree SteveU1.

    • Bombadgungan

It was absolutely ridiculous how my local Walmart’s TBS 3.75″ pegs sat empty or with just a couple figures for so long! I remember distinctly thinking this was a bad idea upon first reading these were going to be a Walmart exclusive. It wasn’t until Rogue One that local Walmarts finally started stocking these.

      • SteveU1

My walmarts got jammed with the peg warmers from original wave like luke and chewbacca. Then the pegs sat empty for a year and then that phasma wave just kept hitting over and over and cases are still showing up. Some stores have over 50 figures from that wave still not selling at $3. It is a total mess. Now tgey are going
To sucker local small Buisness comic shops into buying them. Shops like that always have a mark up so $18 is about right and it will be phasma wave again lol
