These are on Ebay for reasonable prices. I’ve seen auctions ending around $18-22 for Luke, Stormtrooper and praetorian guard.
    $12 for Rose.

Thanks, Yakface. I’m going to be Brickseeking these daily until I find that Luke!

BAM! got ’em! the toy manager was on break so she had another manager take a handheld thing that they use and scan a tfa leia tbs3.75 figure. then she entered the UPC’s of each to the handheld thing. they “added them to the system” whatever that means. this wasnt done at a register and no one scanned the 3.75 figure at a register. i dont know how this affects any stock but it all seemed legit to me. the lady had to manually enter each UPC number for the 3 figures i had into her handheld scanner. after that i was able to ring them up at any register https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/2794d99f79474bd18385dec39a883ce010ca7f977abcd9424dc0024b0a34f834.jpg

    • It’s legit. They have to activate the new UPC for sale. It’s essentially the same as processing inventory, they have to assign the new UPC to the existing price point or set a new one if required.

it was nice to see you got out there in the stores jayson to see what the frustration is about 1st hand. its long over do for the shot callers at hasbro do the same. i saw nothing in my area at midnight, my walmart didnt even what ff2 was! by the next morning they did put out at least 5 cases of wave 1 6in. i was lucky enough to get there in time for the figs i wanted, as i looked for the non existant vehicles i watched a guy grab the rest of the thrawns. today i scored both vehicles at retail on ebay and saw ren and vader already at $14.99 shipped! another year of hasbro feeding scalpers, not giving we collectors the figs. we want, and creating instant peg warmers to make sure it stays that way. the creators and. artists at hasbro have given the average guy a $20 fig that rivals lines that cost $60 and up. giving the world arguably the best toyline ever, and yet between the overpaid bigwigs and the scalpers they are still managing to destroy the hobby.

I just found all of these, won’t scan.

    • Bats2012

A manager just took the six I had and said she was going to figure it out. I feel like I’ll never see them again.

      • CT-7567

Do you mind if I ask what part of the country you’re in?

        • Pieter Ketelaar

          Double that, please!

        • Bats2012

This was at the Walmart in Belmont, NC. I actually went there to get a few more 5POA Lukes because they had high stock. Was initially bummed to see very little 5POA on the shelf then saw the Black Series Luke. They had maybe a case or two.

I bough the two Luke’s they had for my collection and two of the EPG and Executioner. I’m not sure if I’m holding on to both of those yet. I left a ton of the Tech figure and a few EPGs and executioners on the shelves as well.

          • Pieter Ketelaar

How’d you check out? Apparently the SKUs/UPCs don’t ring up?

          • Bats2012

Manager from toys scanned a TFA Leia several times haha

          • CT-7567

Thanks Bats. I’m in MA. I’ll have to check Walmart. They usually hit the East Coast at the same time.

      • Bombadgungan

“I feel like I’ll never see them again.” LOL!

Wow! So rare to hear one of these stories working out for the fan. Usually the retailer says “too bad suckaa…!” Congrats!

      • Lisa Irish

This happened to me today too. The manager found another item and and it rang up.

  • 80sRobot

Concluding based on shelves I’ve seen in a few Walmarts, Targets, and TRUs in my area:

ALL of the single carded figures are selling. I thought Finn would have been the warmer, because he doesn’t look much different from the TFA version, but he appears to be selling well. The two-packs are selling out, especially the Rey vs. Praetorian.

The TIE Silencer is hard to find. It’s the vehicle most in demand.

The Force Link Band is selling out. I think partly because it comes with a helmeted Kylo.

The Police Speeder is sitting on shelves. (I call it the “Police Chair Speeder”.) At $30, it looks over-priced compared to the A-Wing for the same price. (And frankly it looks silly — like a flying easy recliner.)

    • Brian Beck

The Silencer is awesome, I jumped on it quick 😉

        • CT-7567

Whoa, what is that smaller Silencer and AT-M6?

          • Brian Beck

            The Revell snaptite’s.

They make cool sounds (Tie fighter “scream”) and light up. The AT-AT is the Disney Die Cast ( Why are they not making new ones ?!? ) but does appear to be in proper scale per cannon.

Off topic, you never know what you will find day 2, I was a bit shocked myself.

Wow, you made quite the haul Brian! Congrats!

          • 80sRobot

The Revell AT-M6 model is our first best look at this walker in a physical form.

For you size info junkies: the AT-M6 is larger than the classic AT-AT, but it and the AT-ACT are the same height. (As you can see in this picture, too.)

I still wonder if Hasbro will produce an AT-M6 for the 3.75″ line, but considering they weren’t able to sell the AT-ACT at their desired retail price for that ($300), I’m predicting it’s unlikely, unless they do away with it walking. (But that would be a letdown after the AT-ACT toy.)

          • Brian Beck

I can’t wait for the visual dictionary to come out, I love all that ‘nerd info’ stuff. I doubt we’ll ever see it in any other form, I think Hasbro is giving up on ‘big ships’, or it could be an after the fact thing like us getting the “Hover Tank” a year latter, so there’s hope–‘Collections are built on Hope’.

          • 80sRobot

I think it would be relatively easy for Hasbro to produce a walking AT-M6 that uses the same walking mechanism of the AT-ACT toy. But I think it would have to sell for $150 at most.

          • CT-7567

I love the visual guides too. 🙂

          • CT-7567

Are those models difficult to assemble with the electronics? I really like the AT-M6. $20, right? Congrats on the 6″ find. I have wave one and the Executioner Trooper, but haven’t seen Wave two. I really warfare Praetorian Guard and Leia.

          • Brian Beck

Yep $20. The electronics are in a self contained piece, you just pull the tab that allows the battery to make contact. they can not be simpler to put together (see pic), it took all of 7 minuets to put the tie together, the A6 a little longer due to more parts. they are fun.

          • CT-7567

Cool. Thanks for the pics, Brian. I think I’ll get the AT-M6.

          • 80sRobot

There’s a good video by some guy assembling the AT-M6 model. Search for the user “hpiguy” on YouTube. He also reviews the TIE Silencer model.

          • 80sRobot

Hasbro has also released a smaller Silencer (and smaller Poe X-Wing). (No figures can be put into them — they’re just for kids to run around with.) I wonder how the size of that smaller Silencer compares to the Revell model.

          • Brian Beck
        • CT-7567

That A-wing looks pretty sizable. Is it close to the size of the original A-wings?

          • Brian Beck

I have no idea. Here is the one I already have, I have no clue what ‘vintage’ or release it is.
            https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/71ff8948e2524bd8314c4de6d47da0f4f03d57aaed89f378da6ccac7ca60ed0e.jpg
the new one ‘sits’ lower, but pretty close to size overall.

          • CT-7567

That looks like the POTF2 A-wing. Thanks so !such for that comparison. Every A-wing made since the 1985 POTF one has used the same basic mold as the one one the left except last year’s Hera A-wing. That ship is tiny. I wanted to make sure this TLJ A-wing is of a good size before I got it. Now I know it’s worth the $30. 🙂

          • Bombadgungan

I’ll be after a TLJ A-Wing myself. I’m still disappointed that they’re shrinking these things down, but at least it’s a bit bigger than Hera’s A-Wing.

          • CT-7567

It’s not that much smaller than the older A-wings. I don’t mind the size of Hera’s A-wing that much. It fits in with the other Rebels vehicles. The Phantom, the Inquisitor TIE and even the Y-wing Scout Bomber are all undersized. If Hera’s A-wing was the size of the TLJ one it would be bigger than the Phantom. My problem with that ship is the price and Nerf gun. If it was a $15 toy with no Nerf I’d be ok with it. I got one for $7 and for that price I actually like it a bit. I’ll be waiting for clearance on the TLJ vehicles, with the exception of the A-wing. I got two of each of the U-wing and TIE Striker for $100 less than what the full price would’ve been. I also enjoy them more because they were bargains. The U-wing is actually ok on the outside, imo. It’s the limited space inside that’s lousy. The Nerf cannon is easily hidden and forgotten, but it really needs to hold more figures. I really like the U-wing in RO, do I had to get it. I want the AT-ACT too, I just can’t find it for cheap enough.

    • LaurenceQuint

The A Wing and Police Speeder are the same price? That’s absurd. The speeder should be much cheaper, you’re so right. Looks like a ripoff if they’re side by side at the same pricepoint.

      • Bombadgungan

They price them by box size. The Police Speeder fits in the same size box as the A-Wing so therefore gets the same price. LOL!

Seriously though. The retailers don’t have room to merchandise unlimited assortments at different pricepoints. The manufacturers try to combine similar items into a group/assortment where possible. That being said, the A-Wing does feel like the better value of the two. I guess we’re lucky the Ski-Speeder wasn’t paired with the TIE Silencer to make an assortment and priced accordingly.

        • LaurenceQuint

I understand the point you’re making, certainly. But it also feels like they could have packaged the police speeder in the smaller Y-Wing Bomber style box if they wanted.

          • Bombadgungan

That Class 1 Deluxe asst. has been discontinued. Retailers no longer have a slot for those. My point is they don’t want to make an endless amount of pricepoints and assortments that would require separate peg/shelf slots. Look at the TLJ planograms in stores today. Where would the Canto Bight Police Speeder go if not with the A-Wing? If everything were e-tail it wouldn’t matter. For brick and mortar retailers it’s an issue. They still have to merchandise the goods.

    • Bombadgungan

      Thanks for the report 80sRobot!

Frankly, I was quite surprised with how available most items were this Force Friday with the exception of The Black Series 6-inch. I can pick up all the 5-POA figures without problem (I’ve only grabbed a few so far). I can find both 2 packs, both Class A’s (Rathtar, Probe Droid), both Class B’s (A-Wing, Police Speeder), Ski-Speeder and the TIE Silencer. I was also surprised to see people buying up the TBS 6″ Centerpiece statues!

It’s somewhat hard for me to gauge how things are selling as I did not see shelves and pegs jam packed to begin with. Nothing is sold out (except aforementioned TBS), but neither are they pegwarming.

      • Stereotypical Evil Archer

I really like the Police Speeder, lots of playability and it looks like a mashup of Joe Johnston designs. I love the look of the Canto Bight Police Officer, but one arm is sorta wonky, needs a boil bath and a re-bend. I would love a super-articulated version.

Definitely a $20 toy, $30 is too much, but with the Target gift card promo, I pretty much got this for $20.

    • Hazzbro Jonez

i was surprised when i read someone couldn’t find the vader/scout droid 2-pack. my area is well stocked with all the 5POA stuff

      • JediJones

Same here. Nothing 5POA is selling out. Even Luke is still easy to find here. The 6″ though, is RED HOT. The Target that had 5POA Lukes today had ZERO 6″ on the pegs.

I literally don’t believe that the TIE Silencer, Force Link Band or Rey 2-pack is sold out anywhere. I could get you a tractor-trailer full of any one of them from our local stores today.

        • Stereotypical Evil Archer

5POA, the vehicles and Pops are the only stuff that sold well from the stores I’ve seen 300 miles apart and in between this weekend.

  • Matthew Vandebogert

I see Luke is already up to $27.00 on Ebay with almost 3 days to go. There are 2 Praetorians from the same seller that are about $13 eith same amount of time left. BS says not available in my area. And WM.com is saying no longer in stock. They werent in stock yet tho. As everybody knows the drill with how WM.com works.

    • JediJones

Do you have the links to them on Walmart?

    • JediJones

Even using the CA Temecula zip code of 92589 where this guy found them, Brickseek returns no results with any of these UPCs. I don’t think its results can be trusted unless you know a different magic number to use.

      • Danny

The figures didn’t want to scan at check out, the cashier had to enter the upc’s manually and matched the price from the older wave figures. Probably that’s why they aren’t showing up in brickseek yet. They also have a date of 11/1/17 so might be awhile until they show up in Walmarts’ inventory system

        • LaurenceQuint

Oof. I don’t want to wait that long!

        • JediJones

Found out these are all filed under the existing 3.75″ SA SKU at Walmart. Bunch of PA stores ticked up by 12 last night and I went to one and had the lady pull the new case from the back for me. The pegs were crammed with 30 Hans, Finns and Poes. She also brought out a case of Yoda/Obi-Wan 5POA wave, which apparently REMOVED Luke from the assortment, Geniuses at work…

Walmart has also linked the new TLJ 6″ line with the 6″ Rogue One line in their system. All the 6″ Rogue One are back up to full price. More genius.

          • Pieter Ketelaar

            What’s the existing SKU?

          • Hazzbro Jonez

i used this exact comment from you to do my search last night and BAM!!! my closest wal-mart went from 37 to 49!. i went up there this morning (just couldn’t go out last night around 1030pm because of my kids) and found them all! i think someone slightly beat me to it? because they only had 1 executioner and 2 EPG’s left but 3 lukes and 3 rose. i had an employee working toys go hunt the toy manager who helps me out a lot and they scanned a leia 3.75 figure then they “added” the 3 news ones i wanted to the system, however they do that. so stoked !!!!!!!!!

          • Hazzbro Jonez
          • Bombadgungan

Apparently the “Walmart #” on WM dot com is not the SKU. I tried several #’s for figures in the old assortment on BrickSeek and they came back as invalid SKUs.

          • JediJones

It’s not. The assortment has one single SKU but you don’t need it since the UPCs work.

    • Waste management?

      • Danny

        lol

      • Matthew Vandebogert

Ha ha funny it did that.

    • Hazzbro Jonez

oh they actually added product pages on wally dot com??? man i was on that site ALL DAY YESTERDAY AND THE NIGHT BEFORE GIVE ME A BREAK WALLY WORLD
