Our very own Justin “Chewie” stumbled across a product leak of his own at his local Walmart (Ballwin, MO) as a shelf of Rebel U-wing Fighters were placed early. They also scanned with no issue for $79.00.
We are “going rogue” and producing an independent downloadable PDF checklist (similar to last year) to guide collectors through the toy aisles on September 30 and beyond. As of now, we are including most products announced (and unannounced) for Hasbro, LEGO, Funko, Jakks Pacific, Hot Wheels, and Disney Store.
And as last year, not all items will be available on Rogue/Force Friday, but in lieu of any of those brands providing anything “official”, we felt it would be in collector’s best interest to know what to expect/budget.

It’s time to Go Rogue! Flyguy and I discuss the latest reveals from Hasbro, Funko, LEGO, S.H.Figuarts and more in the jam packed episode 103 of The Realm Recap!
One. Hundred. Episodes. On this milestone episode of The Realm Recap, Flyguy and I bring you the latest in Star Wars collecting news from Hasbro, Hot Toys, Funko, and more. We’re still waiting with anticipation for Hasbro to finally, officially, reveal their exclusive(s) for SDCC, but in the meantime, they are teasing something special for July 6. Do you know what it is? (Leave a comment if you have a guess). We also discuss the expanding line of Funko POP!s that have started hitting online and in store over the past week. Hot Toys made new (and spendy) news this week with that announcement of new sixth scale figures from The Force Awakens. Are they the best figures yet? Listen to find out our opinion. And finally we run down the latest news breaking with several official announcements regarding Rogue One characters and image revealed via Entertainment Weekly. All of this and much, much more on Episode 100 of The Realm Recap!

GameStop looks to be the place where you can get the LEGO Kylo Ren’s Command Shuttle polybag when you preorder (and pickup) LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Despite the majority of retail outlets being devoid of new products on shelves, there are still a few surprises as online retailers are receiving a “new” 6″ version of Rey – which may be just different enough to make you mad/sad. Funko continue to promote like no other brand as teases for the next Smuggler’s Bounty box have sparked some discussion of potential for new characters. The biggest (and most spendy) news of last week was the announcement of an ultra-high end tier of prop replicas from Propshop – the manufacturer responsible for the very same screen used props in The Force Awakens. And finally, we close out Episode #99 with a few new acquisitions to tide us over until the next “must-have” item comes along.
New images have leaked out for LEGO Star Wars Rogue One sets and minifigures via The Brick Show on YouTube. Head on over to check them out.

After taking a post-Star Wars Day break from the show last week, Flyguy and I are back to discuss the latest in Star Wars collecting. Funko dropped their new Smuggler’s Bounty this week and we break down its contents and criticisms. Plus, Rogue One had a series of “spoilers” drop this week in terms of characters names, aliens and vehicles. All of this and more PLUS our latest acquisitions on Episode #97 of The Realm Recap.
