UPDATE: Mattel filled a trademark for “Battle Rollers” back on March 8, 2017
Hasbro is committed to the Force Link technology in their 3.75″ action figure line and it looks like that trend will continue with products for Solo: A Star Wars Story. We can expect to get at least one Force Link Starter Set (bracelet with a pack-in figure) and possibly in another “flagship” type release in April 2018. Additional details (UPCs/SKUs etc.) for these and other 2018 products will be posted once we have them.
Finally tonight, I also managed to find 5 Black Series figure listings on Brickseek for characters “Zeus”, “Vesta Guard”, “Hermes”,”Athena” and “Artemis” from Solo: A Star Wars Story. This list also confirms the theory that the code names for Solo: A Star Wars Story will rely on mythological names for their characters.
Again, all of these items have been added to our expansive UPC/DPCI/SKU list.
We’ve been getting several requests to assemble a master list of current and pending UPCs, Target DPCIs and Walmart SKUs for Hasbro (and other brands) and have them readily available from our front page (see it over in the right hand column now). Your wish is our command. Click on through to check out what we have so far for Hasbro. We will continue to update this list as new products are revealed, found or leaked (and as time permits).
Update: A little tip – with the provided UPC numbers, you can find Amazon pages for nearly all of the listings.
You can see the updated list for 2018 here.
Hollywood Reporter has just posted that directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller have abandoned the Han Solo stand alone film over creative differences with the studio.
Head on over for the full report.
Instagram user StarZoneToys has posted an image of the filming crew shirt for the Han Solo standalone film. Titled simply “Solo”, the logo treatment features Han’s signature DL-44 blaster in place of the “L” and a tagline of “We Shot First” on the back.
Thanks to Matt from JediNews for the heads up.
