This weekend kicks of the annual Toy Fair trade show in New York and Hasbro has released information for a few more items that will be front and center for retail buyers to review. Hasbro this morning gave their pre-Toy Fair Investor Presentation and has made the document available to the public, within the pages you can see new product from figures, to Bladebuilders and more, but also a strong female presence as well.
EW.com has just posted a reveal of the Takodana Encounter “Playset” which included an all new Maz Kanata* (5 POA), and reissues of Finn, Rey and BB-8. The set also includes the chest in the movie which contained the Skywalker lightsaber. For the full details head to EW.com

Over in the forums of ToyArk, user “Marvelous” has posted some preliminary info of new Star Wars product on display at Nuremberg Toy Fair. Click on though for the details on a few Rogue One, The Force Awakens and Star Wars Rebels items. Expect more to be showcased at NY Toy Fair in a couple weeks.
As we’ve been hinting in the last few episodes of The Realm Recap, the weeks leading up to Toy Fair are a prime time for product reveals and leaks. Jedi Temple Archives has posted a new rumor list of 6″ figures planned for The Black Series including Original Trilogy figures like Ben Kenobi, AT-AT Driver and Snowtrooper. Toy Fair didn’t provide much of anything worthwhile from Hasbro this year on the Star Wars front, but we ‘d be remiss to not mention a couple of Q&A sessions that Hasbro held with our friends at Imperialshipyards and Jeditemplearchives during the event.

Hasbro is making sure that by the time the new movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives in December, kids can have any lightsaber they can imagine.
Launching this fall, Star Wars Bladebuilders debuts a line of compatible hilts, connectors and various lightsaber materials that let children use the simple gadgets of their favorite Jedi masters and Sith lords or come up with the craziest, most complicated combination ever. The line will be on display at New York City’s Toy Fair Saturday through Tuesday

Forbes has posted an exclusive story revealing the Star Wars Hero Mashers line (along with several other properties).
Hasbro saw enough success with their IP-connected Hero Masher lines that they’ll be introducing toys from this year’s hottest films and franchises, adding Jurassic World and Star Wars: Rebels to the Hero Mashers universe as well as expanding the Marvel Heroes with Mashers from Disney’s Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Hasbro has sent word to folks attending Toy Fair next month that there will be quote:
“no toys based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Star Wars Episode VII) shown at Toy Fair this year.
Obviously, we know that there’s a huge amount of anticipation for Star Wars toys this year, and we wanted to be forthcoming about this as we know it might make a difference for some of you in regards to travel plans.
