Toys R Us is launching its biggest U.S. expansion in years, with 120 new standalone stores set to open in time for the holiday shopping season.

Personal Note: My daughter went with me to the last day our local Toys R Us was open in June 2018. In a way, I feel part of her childhood was taken away by not having a major toy store to experience once she was 7 years old… she still remembers that day and is excited for when one hopefully opens in our area again, though of course it will never be the same.
