I'd like to add that within 20 miles of my house are 4 Walmarts, 2 KMarts, 1 Target and 1 Toys R Us. The Walmarts are overloaded with TPM figures; they just kept getting case after case(market saturation). The KMarts never get anything unless it's the holidays. Target didn't get their TPM figures until well after the Walmarts and Toys R Us did so they just sit on the shelves(market saturation again). Toys R Us had the TPM figures, sold them out, and has not restocked their pegs in 2 months.

I don't buy cases either unless they have some really good carry forwards... the only one I've bought in a while is the Wave 4 case ration that came with the Gamorrean Guard carry forward... that's a really good assortment. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this summer will see a healthy distribution... because once we get past Wave 3 and all those TPM carry forwards, the case assortments look pretty good!

I have no idea why Hasbro would want the pegs to be empty for 4 months between waves. When I worked at Walmart they told us Sam Walton's philosophy that nobody is going to buy something if they don't have the opportunity to buy it, so we should keep the shelves stocked. It's basic economics that you can't make money if you don't supply the customers. I would have bought 10 Gamorrean Guards by now if it were possible. It's like they're not even trying.

I have not even seen the deleted scene wave yet. I don't think I'm going to be doing this much longer. I refuse to pay the inflated online prices or buy cases that have a lot of figures I already have. Hasbro, or if you prefer, Hasblow, is slowly but surely working their way toward Hasbeen.
