I believe all orders have included the proof card.

Actually, people who ordered right way with a credit card were charged at the time of order. On July 16, they released at statement that people wouldn’t be charged until it shipped. So, if someone was charged, they were charged in error and could’ve gotten a refund.

And no, I don’t work for Brian’s Toys. 😉

actually jayson it is your statement that is not accurate. i ordered the jocasta nu figure back in september and i did not use paypal but rather i used my credit card directly and my card was charged immediately. oh, and why does brianstoys site still state that the figure will not be available until january 31st when people were receiving them as early as late december yet when i called them yesterday i was told that my order for 2 figures was in a backorder status. i actually went ahead and canceled my order and called my credit card compamy to ensure that the charge gets taken off of my account. sorry, but if brianstoys is overwhelmed and cannot handle processing orders for this exclusive figure then they should not have been given it.

they are inept. trust me. you will be hearing a lot of negative comments concerning the jo casta figure. my friend who ordered back in august said that he used his credit card (not thru paypal) and that it was posted to his account right away. i think this jayson works for brianstoys.

I don’t doubt that their order processing system (for this item in particular) is fundamentally flawed. I was one of the people that pre-ordered the day it was announced, paid with Paypal and finally received mine last month. I didn’t call to fast track my order or anything – it just showed up one day. They seem to be just processing them at random. What I find odd is that the release date for this item has been scheduled for Jan 31, 2013 for several months and people still complain that they haven’t received their order and if they did, they had to call for it. I’d say that Brian’s Toys has done a great job in terms of customer service as they stepped up to offer this piece, they got it out to many collector before the scheduled “in-stock” date and they processed orders immediately with a simple phone call. Granted, that may not be convenient for some but, to me, it is far from inept.

Ok, my bad. Please explain then why I did not receive my shipment before many others who saw the figure, in stock on the site, and ordered? I did not get my order processed until I sent an email complaining about the issue.
