Please don’t be true. Not only do I think it would cheapen Vader’s sacrifice it ROTJ, I want Episode VII to have an original story not a retread of something we’ve already seen.

I’m not sure about this? maybe as a force spirit or holocron?
I’m just as excited for the new movies as everyone else, I just hope Star Wars is an all new story not something that resembles a comic book or novel from the past. That time has come and gone Star Wars is big enough for something all new!

I’m fine with this

flashbacks, dreams, visions, recordings are all fine ways of bringing back dead characters

but I will have a fit if there is any time travel involved

I like the idea of the Emperor returning. We had some good discussions about this in our forums recently:

Also… I liked how they showed the resurrection of Sauron/the Necromancer transpiring in “The Hobbit” – it can be pulled off…
