I think that the problem was that Hasbro banked on there being another influx of youth jumping into Star Wars in 2012-2013, and that did not happen… and they forgot that Jedi Starfighters sold poorly in the last lineup at $30, so Hasbro made a bad call my making more… and the Slave One… just way too undersized… the tank was the only vehicle that I thought was worthwhile as a scaled down vehicle… Hasbro would have been better served to either stick with $30 price and NEW vehicles, or this $20 line with NEW vehicles… either way, I think the problem is these really are nothing more than a retread. They are just a smaller scale of what’s already been done to death already. There are plenty of never before made vehicles they could be exploring which would at the very least pull in the people who are itching for new items. Hasbro went from putting Podracers out to a nearly equally bad move with these smaller versions of what everyone already has.

Yep, I’m feeling more and more that way. Just today I passed on the Jedi Geonosis sets… if this set had come with a good clone, I would have bought probably 2 of each set. Instead, I have just 1 of the set with the bald Jedi… no need to drop $40 on the other set when there’s only 2 figures in there I am interested in.

instead, I am offered miniature versions of vehicles that I already owned, and was told that if I wanted to buy the final wave of the Movie Heroes, I would have to get them from foreign countries since Hasbro decided not to have them for sale in any U.S. markets, and to go online to find the final wave of TVC

well Hasbro, I am done paying full price for what you are trying to sell me
when I can find your product at the discount retailers for half the price (or less), that’s what I’m going to do
