Unless there were 12 different figures in a case, whatever figures that were 2 per case would be everywhere. That’s just how it usually is.

Funny how no one cares about Scout Troopers anymore. Actually, around here he was a “peg warmer” back in 2007-2008, too (when Legends was a good line).

They claim retailers want refreshes with waves that have new products. But nowdays, the stores never stock new waves, so why are they still following that model. There’s a big problem that major toy companies are slaves to the big retailers’ desires, especially Wal-mart, who doesn’t give a damn about its toy aisles most of the year.

It’s the same at my local stores. Anakins and Biker Scouts are lingering and even building up, but Biggs outnumbers both. Conversely, I rarely or never see Vader, Padmé or Luke anymore because people actually wanted them.

You wouldn’t hear any complaints from this collector.

I do think they feel that a wave one lineup is going to be a hit no matter what’s in it – they think a new line will be in HUGE DEMAND and EVERYONE AND THEIR GRANDMOTHER want the figures. Which ain’t the case. They need to get back to 12 NEW figures in the first wave… and maybe even release WAVE 1 and WAVE 2 at the same time and make it something like out of 24 figures, 15-18 of them being NEW and the rest being repacks of IN DEMAND figures. That right there would sold the problem and be a no-brainer.

…maybe, but if he was 1 per case rather than 2 per case, and not carried forward in Waves 2 and 3… I don’t think it would be quite so bad?
