I can’t imagine why TRU would want to touch this with a 10-foot pole.
Perhaps Hasbro made so many more Hans and Greedos than needed, so they cut TRU a deal to pick this up at a rock bottom price in this packaging, and also hope some people are gullible enough to think they need this at SDCC
