In reply to Dave. They may have them in the back. That's where the manager got mine from here in Nor-Cal. They just haven't been put out yet. They might be saving them for a reset on 11/1. If the manager is nice like mine was, he/she might look for it and sell it to you.

Drove to 6 different Walgreens and none to be found. Website says these are in store on 11/1.

Printed out their website page and showed it to the manager. He looked it up in the computer and said there might be one in the back, and there it was! Very easy after a couple days of just checking the shelves of three different walgreens.

I swung by a Walgreens today and in the toy aisle, they had about 8 totes – only one tote was open. Inside they had new 3.75 Dr. Who figures. I saw a Dalek, and bought it – very cool. Went back a few hours later after errands and those same totes were there, still unopened. Hmmmmm…

I stopped by one 24 HR Walgreens last Thursday. I have the lady the number and they have a date of 9-10. So, to the guy from Texas, there are some of us(mainly me) that are going to have to wait.
