Unless these are strictly for foreign markets that didn’t see wave 2 distribution very much, or a Costco sort of thing, at a great price, I still don’t understand this pack

Those 8 figures cards did not sell on black Friday, I bought several sets of them. One for 20.00, and two for 12.00. This was after they hit clearance, of course.
