Eddie, if official product and all that hits in September, wouldn’t it make sense for sneak preview stuff to hit a few months before that? Remember ROTS sneak preview stuff also hit in Dec 2004 – 6 months before the movie was out.

I could see that happening as early as September of next year, because each of the three Prequels had Sneak Preview figures in stores a few months before the movies premiered in theaters (or even earlier in the case of Episode I, which had two Sneak Preview figures and a vehicle out as early as November of 1998).

It’ll be interesting to see how the new movie’s merchandising unfolds. We were probably going to have at least some figures in stores by next fall anyways just based on the past history of the franchise and the Hasbro license.
