Of course they can. Those characteristics aren’t exclusive to manufacturers or retailers or customers or any other group you can think to name. But, when a company (or person, etc.) sets a standard and they steadily backslide year after year I don’t believe it’s entitled or irrational for a customer to want to know the reason why or what the company is trying to do to correct the problems. They don’t have to give customers an answer. It would just be good business. And in case you are referring to the fact that we are grown men blogging about little plastic toys, then yes, that is irrational.

Thankfully customers never behave with with same sense of entitlement and irrationality…

They have been bad with distribution for years. The 1 per case figures a joke.Way back the r2d2 with halo princess leia.Everyone was fighting foe those. They has these made as solid cases too. They never made it to retail. But I saw one case sell on Ebay from Hawaii.

Thats because they are a waste of time and space. No One is buying them so they are sitting on tons of stock.

Christmas may be over. But alot of what goes through there is food, also. So that problem is bound to remain a growing emergency.

Mattel supersucks. That whole story you shared comes on the heels of their massive epic fail at SDCC with the Hordak figures with the imp chests and Monster High dolls with the bonus jackets that they royally screwed up, lying and contradicting themselves throughout the weekend at the con, and online and via email, and on the phone for months and months, leaving many people waiting pointlessly for hours during prime con time, and then months for promised things to come by mail, finally leaving many high and dry without their items and unable to cancel orders way into the fall.

Thank goodness they’ve never had their hands on Star Wars. I hate dealing with Mattel. The new Hot Wheels cars are already more Mattel logos than I never need to see next to a Star Wars logo.
