I am a bit surprised to see the Speeder Bikes carry forward. I’m sure Hasbro has minimum production runs they have to make in order to hit their targeted pricepoint. I wonder how much more these things would have to cost in order to make only a tenth of the quantity they currently produce? Sounds like we all want more “limited edition” collectibles.

True, but I don’t think people are army building $40 stuff like they would $5-$6 figures back in the day… at least make it different with some battle damage or something… or put Luke on it with some Endor accessories… I dunno, I think this causes more harm to Hasbro and retailers than it helps.

In reply to Jayson Krebsbach. It's the price tag. Who can afford to army build 6" with vehicles? The price is the only reason there are still any on the shelves. I'm grateful for the figure but I can only afford one! :)

So… Hasbro thinks retailers want to stock more Speederbikes rather than Wampas, even though retailers are sitting on a ton of Speederbike stock they can’t sell? And even Amazon keeps marking them down almost 50%?

Way to go Hasbro… more of the same… finding ways to make a great line fail.

Perfect example of how THEY cause so many of the issues that lead to poor distribution.
