I think the days of obscure figures are over. With new SW movies coming out regularly, I think the figure releases will focus on main characters from the movies and somewhat from the TV shows. That’s it.

Totally agree Rykrof. I actually quite like TPM. Part of the reason is the amazing characters, sets, and ships. I wish they’d make all those figures and the little Rodien.

I used to think even the most obscure characters would be made into figures eventually. And the longer we waited the better those plastic incarnations would be. Now the wind has changed and the course of collecting steered in another direction. But the wind can change again. Who knows where this will lead.

Personally I hope we see the innovations from the 6″ figures worked into 3 3/4.

P.S – Rykrof, I’m a huge fan of your work. You are the J.R.R. Tolkien of Photo novels and your custom work is amazing.
