Much simpler actually… the best example I can think of is these simpsons builds, but on a much smaller scale

The micro scale figures are the 5 multicolored dots next to the landspeeder. Hopefully in the next few days TLG will release good pictures of the set.

In reply to Bombadgungan. Each 'figure' will be 4 or 5 plates high (3 plates = 1 brick) it looks like (artoo is shorter, of course) and by varying the colors and square or round plates they end up surprisingly identifiable.

Cool! I wouldn’t mind adding a mini Sandcrawler to my collection. My only question is regarding the 5 “brick-built micro figures”. How on earth do they get those to look like any specific character at 1:6 the scale of a mini-fig?

In reply to Mr. Tambourine Man. They explicitly denied it at Toy Fair, so... Unless they're starting to openly screw with the fans expectations (bad idea), there will be no exclusive at Celebration Anaheim. They didn't do one for CVI either.

OK, now LEGO’s got a cool exclusive.

3.75″ collectors, furby farts in your general direction.

I’m beginning to think that I’m collecting the wrong thing. Either that or Lucasfilm needs to give the action figure license to some other company. Hasbro’s near monopoly on popular, licensed figures is bad for us. There’s no incentive for Hasbro to release SW figures that might compete with their own MCU or Jurassic World figures, and there’s no incentive to actually make desirable product, because what else are you going to collect? GI Joe? Transformers? HA HA HA HA HA.

In conclusion, I find Hasbro’s business practices to be injurious to the consumer. Especially THIS consumer.
