Just came out of a screening of Avengers – Age of Ultron in Munich. And even though the movie was awesome, something initially diminished my joy: sadly no sight of the star wars teaser trailer No 2!!!

In reply to brian jesness. I'm pretty sure it's a super star destroyer too. It's got the three engines in the center with the stern hood over them, then where the middle banks of engines are, the two on each side, are obscured by sand and hidden from view from this perspective, and then we can clearly see the six engines in front of them.

After the 40th time… Watching this without sound reveals more. The handoff of the lightsaber is from a non-human person with very human like hands. The TIE fighters at the Imperial outdoor base have “reversed colors”, dark hull, light solar panels. The Imperial outdoor base is on a winter world, or in a winter season. The crashed ship at the end, which the Falcon and TIE fighters fly into may be an upside down super star destroyer. Finn seems to be wearing a jacket over his stormtrooper unitard thing.

I hadn’t told my kids that Han and Chewie were going to be in this, so when Han spoke at the end the looks on their faces was priceless. I don’t think they caught their breath until Chewie ‘spoke’…then they both went nuts (almost as much as I did).

I saw it live this morning in the arena, and it brought the house down. Just an absolutely perfect way to start Celebration.
