It hasn’t been pretty, but if you “stay on Target,” and go every day, you get one good trip for every 60-90 lately. This same particular store has since received NINE pieces TBS P1 Anakins, which remain ten days later! I had a chat with the manager there the other day by chance, who reminisced about the 1999 and 2000 Episode I prices and availability, and he echoed what many here have spoken surrounding the loose piece shipments (though he liked the concept with a reason that it could, ostensibly, be used to control pegwarmers — incidentally, I think it has actually made it worse; read above on TBS Anakin for empirical proof of this), etc. Ironically, I’ve seen every figure in the wave except the one I have been most anxious to get: Dagobah Test Vader.

This GameStop also had the Funko Pop! figures of Hoth Han, R2-B1 and Hoth Chewbacca along with a protocol droid (K-3PO, I’m guessing).

This was just a couple of weeks ago. GameStop had just two 6″ Black Series figures on their shelves and I grabbed them both. Like many if not most of us, I never found Wave 4 anywhere when it was originally released.

Congrats on scoring the “rare” Anakin & Phase I Clone Trooper 6″ figures. Did you find those at Game Stop recently or was this way back when Wave 4 was first due? I don’t frequent Game Stop (I’m not a gamer), but read somewhere a few weeks ago that they had those figures, so I decided to pop in my local shop and check. No luck. Nothing Star Wars but some new Funko Pop Vinyl releases.

Wow, that’s great Jason! I’m glad your Target can merchandize these figures somewhat decently. Sadly my Target is content to order 1 TBS 3.75″ figure at a time and not even make much effort to keep something on that one peg. They can go weeks with the peg sitting empty, only to fill it with one figure. Then it’s back to sitting empty when that one sells.

I have since found (and bought) a single Clone Commander Wolffe on that peg.

Congrats on the 6″ Han and Tauntaun! =0) I have yet to see any new 6-inch Deluxe in my own area and the 3.75″ selection – while not spectacular by any measurement – is a lot better and more exciting than most of the 6″ TBS that are hanging from pegs or sitting on shelves in my local stores.

On the bright side, GameStop came through with both the 6″ Anakin and the plain white Clone Trooper when nobody else in my area seems to have bothered to stock Wave 4, or if they did they never restocked! I was wondering if I’d ever get Anakin and the first Clone, but a collecting friend on another site suggested I check GameStop and they had both!

My Target(s)? Well my closest Target has filled its one and only TBS 3.75″ peg with SW Hot Wheels ships and covered it with the HW pricetag. I asked the team member the other day if they have any on order or plan on carrying them anymore and she said the warehouse was out and sometimes they don’t send any to the stores to keep the pegs empty to get people wanting them even more. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard! The 1 and only TBS 6″ peg had a beat up Obi-Wan hanging from it. The only bright spot was a new case of 6″ Deluxe, so I was able to score myself a Han with Tauntaun.

Across town another Target had pegs, but they were all empty except for one new Wave 7 Stormtrooper. 6″ pegs had nothing but Obi-Wans. No new Deluxe here.
