This just HAS to be solely for Con Display Wow factor….Just like that 1/6 scale Tie at SDCC. Im sure they’ll make it…But only a quantity of 1.

Hot Toys displays lots of things they ‘display’ but never offer up for sale. Every time I see or hear something that Hot Toys has in production, I have learned not to believe it until it is up for a preorder. Example? The 1966 Batmobile that they displayed years ago (conning people to buy the 1966 figures) that they have to this day, never put on sale. Also the Aliens Ripley figure and the Ripley Figure w/ Power Loader that they showed 2 years ago that also never went up for sale. What I feel bad most for is all those people who bought the 1966 Batman/Robin, thinking they were getting the car then the car was never put it up for pre-order.
Which isn’t to say they won’t do the Millenium Falcon but who wants a Falcon that’s bigger than a built in pool? If they can’t do a simple Batmobile, I doubt they’ll do a Falcon. I think its probably just a display piece and nothing more, if it isn’t, good luck to anyone buying it since you’ll need to build a garage to store it.

This has got to be a convention display piece for their booth. No normal person has room for something that size.

This is only for surgeons and high priced lawyers that can dedicate a “wing” of their mansion to display this in.

Ok, now I have seen it all. Hot Toys has officially gone off the deep end with these 1/6 scale environments. What will see next?…A Death Star in 1/6 scale? You big spenders out there will have to have that drop shipped via a few freight tractor trailers and your own mall sized mall parking lots to have that in your collections.

In reply to Nas. When I was a kid I spent all my paper route earnings on the GI Joe USS Flagg aircraft carrier despite the protestations of my parents. Once assembled, it filled up my entire bedroom floor. I immediately knew I'd done something stupid, but at the same time it was awesome and I'm glad I did it both for the lesson and for the (brief) fun I had with it before I had to dismantle it so that I could leave my room. Like Icarus I flew too close to the sun, but oh what a view...

I don’t think that even those with the biggest pocket will get one. Seems to me more like promotional item than a mainstream limited collectible.
