Hey good morning. I don’t know where your located but here in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Walmart is going to have huge figures ect. Each store in the area are receiving only 2 cases of figures. Enough for 1 person. I see a huge problem that know one is seeing. Do you know why that is. I have done my home work too. This is real. I have spoken with store managers and district managers they have confirmed this. The walmart buyers are not good at what they do. They are to blame for all the messes that have happened all thru the years. I’m just thinking here maybe you should do some posts on this issue and see what you may find out elsewhere? I’ve seen a new end cap display at my local Walmart with the Hot Wheels ships and new character cars. This is the first time I’ve seen the Boba Fett & Chopper cars. Maybe this store decided to forgo the floor display?

What you see above is what you get. However,there is a different shipper showing up that contains hot wheels and the die cast ships. The shelves are arranged differently for the smaller product. My guess is they will put the two back to back or have two more and link them all together

yep! times moving on though and i saw the pics of the price labels that were posted at wal mart on here. empty pegs ready to go with what figures go were! never seen that before! and then i stopped by my local wal mart today and i saw the same thing! so its feeling pretty real! i swear though, if those pegs remain empty its a huge joke but they prob wont…so spread the word to the canadians. another wal mart has the price tags and figure names up for EP VII

Hey Darth Apathy, congrats on scoring Mosep! I’ve been excited for that figure ever since seeing a leak at the toy review of a major retailer over a year ago that he would be coming. Sadly, I have not seen TBS wave 8 hit anywhere in my area yet.

I have a question for you. Does this Walmart display have 2 sides? Or is what we see above what we get?

I hit 2 Walmarts when news of this shipper first hit. No luck! I am thinking this display is intended to be for the Force Friday event Sept. 4th.

Sadly, I believe the buys for the U.S. Walmarts differ from what is bought for Walmart Canada. Just because we are getting a particular display here doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get it up north and vice versa.

If it’s any consolation, you haven’t missed much!

I know what you mean about Walmart and more recently Target. But in my area, TRU hasn’t been far behind in the barrenness of their Star Wars section. True, they will get in a full case of figures while Target just gets in 1 or 2, but then they won’t reorder/restock for 4-5 months either.
