Here you go Daniel, from Toys R Us Australia’s website:

It says under the clock that new Star Wars products will be available Sept. 4th beginning at 12:01 AM.

Come to think of it, that may just mean available to order from the website, not necessarily that they’re doing the in-store event. I don’t know. I guess show them the TRU press release mentioning global participation and the reference to stores in Australia. If it were me, and if it weren’t too crazy far of a drive, I’d show up anyway.

I notice this says global, but as far as i can tell there is no mention on the ToysRUS Australia site, twitter or Facebook. I emailed them a week ago to see and they didn’t seem to know what i was talking about.

All U.S. TRUs will be opening at midnight (except in Paramus, NJ and Express and outlet stores). That’s good to know!

I hadn’t even thought about this being a worldwide event. So that means after Australia has their event we may get a heads up on what product to expect 14 hours later here in the U.S.
