Got one at a Target on the southside of Chicago today. They had 5 on a peg hook marked for $19.99. So after a small dispute I walked out happily with my exclusive 2-pack for $19.99 plus tax 🙂

In reply to czedlitz. Thanks for the tip. I live right by Greenbrier Target and must've missed those on the shelves. I even checked the stockroom the day I went and couldn't find it. Had better luck today, though, at the Upton Dr. Target by RedMill! No Wave 2's but I found the 2-pack! I think they just opened the case and restocked the shelves, there were 5.

In reply to jeri ong. Sorry. It was the Greenbriar target and i was In that area just an hour ago and checked for anything new and these two packs were gone. Was only 5 on the shelf the other day, but they disappeared fast.

This is a different set then the original riot one. The storm trooper in the first set is carrying a PR24 nightstick and shield. This one is different. More ways to make us broke.
