This is what their customer service asked of me in chat:

– Age and gender of the person using this product
– Date code of product (five digit number stamped on the product as well as the packaging)
– Vendor code (also found on the product and packaging, looks like “c-xxxg”)
– Telephone number with area code
– 12 digit UPC bar code from the package

They also asked when I purchased it; I couldn’t remember exactly so just said about a month ago.

I couldn’t find the vendor code, so used the one listed in the comments. The date code is on the back, lower right area of the box. Unfortunately, they too asked to send in the warped guns first (via a envelope they’ll mail me) and then they’d ship the new ones out. I don’t care for that option TBH.

I got my prepaid label after reading this post. They just asked me for the model number, when I purchased it and the 5-digit number stamped on the belly. Thanks, OP & Yakface!

Just put in for my canons. I have to send the warped ones back. Once they receive them they will send me some new ones. I tried to get a cockpit window since mine is not very flushed but no go on that one.

I sent my TIE Fighter in to get replaced. The problem with mine wasn’t just warped wings, they prematurely shot off the ship, which almost turned into a really expensive problem. It was sitting right next to a glass covered clock and could have knocked it over.

Do they replace them with the same warped ones or newer ones like the white/blue X-wing? Do they ask you to send back the other ones?
