Nice try, Hasbro, but not even these could win me back to collecting your overpriced 3 3/4″ Black figures which are essentially re-issues of super articulated Saga collection figures you used to sell for about half the price of these.

I guess I need to pose more 5-POA figures, then. Thanks for the input. I guess it’d be smart to include them with all 3.75″ figures then. It’s the least they can do after all the shortcuts and cutbacks in plastic content in the past few years. It won’t bankrupt them to do so and it’ll make their customers happy to get more value with their figures.

I’d have to disagree with that. Lack of any useful articulation means you can do absolutely nothing about even the most minor warping of legs or ankles. The handful of TFA drivers I have fall over all the time or are perched so awkwardly as to be laughable (or both). Fortunately, I have lots of extra stands from earlier lines which CAN stand fine on their own.

Yeah, if they’re going to add figure stands to the packaging of any existing 3.75″ figures then they should be included with super-articulated ones like the current Walmart exclusives. 5-POA figures have a lot of shortcomings but failing to stand upright is rarely one of them.

Good question. Unless this means Hasbro is looking for a retail partner to sell figure stands as a pack by themselves as opposed to packed in with the Walmart TBS 3.75″ figures. Still, I’m not sure why a retailer other than Walmart would have any interest in that. Unless… they are talking figure stands packed in with the 5-POA figures? I don’t see that as being needed though.

I notice the TRU Exclusive 6″ BS Snowtrooper has smaller foot holes than all the other 6″ figures. In fact a modern era 3.75″ figure stand fits nicely. Odd.
