Is there any good solutions for this without refunding and looking for another? My 3.75 Poe's right elbow is fused at the pivot on the forearm. I've tried chipping away at the plastic around the joint that I can see, but not luck yet.

Had this problem With a First order Tie Fighter Pilot. The Foot joint was fused, It snapped off with the peg broken. For 20+ bucks I expect Much better. Sad how some of these figures that are 15-20+ only last about an hour out of the package Vs figures I got from revenge of the sith from 2005 for 4.99 are still perfectly with all joints in tact lol

I had this happen to my prototype boba fetts right elbow joint.. It felt like it was going to break if I kept forcing it. I took a hair dryer to it for 30 seconds and it instantly became moveable again. I highly recommend this method.

No problems with my Finn but got the 6" Shock Trooper with a Limp Wrist that snapped about 2 minutes out of the packaging. Returned it the next day and got my money back. Luckily, later that night I was able to find the figure again at another Walmart that wasn't such a pansy.

Did you make sure you weren't trying to bend the joints the wrong way? I know this sounds like a stupid question, but before trying ANY of the joints on my super-articulated figures, I always make sure that the joints/points-of-articulation are lined up in the correct way - in other words, not trying to make the elbow bend 90 degrees in the opposite/un-natural direction same goes with the knees and hips.

The other thing to do is never to just "force it" - if it's stuck it just means that the parts got stuck together, most likely due to heat. Just heat up that part of the figure using boiling water, this will soften the plastic and most often free up the joint, but it will also make the plastic more malleable and less prone to snapping.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't got to opening my Finn just yet, but have been experiencing some stuck joints on various TBS 6" figures lately. I don't recall specifically which characters, but thankfully they broke loose without actually breaking. It was a bit nerve racking as I continued to force them though.
