As far as Walmart… I was just speaking with an employee in the toy dept. (as I have been hoping I might find their exclusive TBS 3.75″ figures at some point instead of just empty pegs) and he said they were due to reset soon, but his records indicated it was not going to be in the next two weeks. I guess this particular store is just behind the times.

He also said those aforementioned exclusive figures were not on order and that that usually indicates a supply issue, ie. none at the warehouse and that it was possible these were not being continued with the reset. Well this line didn’t last long!
