I so agree. Target where i live has the best customer service and they have came through for me in terms of my 6 inch black series figures. Thanks to them i was able to get Finn Fn2187, Jango, and Old Han. The Target employee tells me to call and they would hold what i need. Now that's what i call customer service. I have never seen those figures hit the shelves at my local Walmart, not a single one. I'm sure not all Walmarts are the same, but mine suck for lack of a better word. The customer service is not that good. Now, not all of them, but most of them. Some Walmarts have good employees and managers. Its just not a place you'll find new black series. I rank them up there with Toys R Us. You'd think Toys R Us would be the leader with it being a "toy store". But, man they suck too. Their stock is always low and their employess are not that helpful. Thank god for Target...

I emailed Hasbro a few months back about this concern and I'm yet to get a response. I informed them about the 6 inch black series line in general and how most stores i go to have no new product. You have toy lines such as Ninja Turtles that have a plethora of new figures/new products on the shelves. Then you have Star wars. Very few assorted figures to choose from and more of other products that people don't care for. The marketing department is a joke. I would like more of what drives sales. The 6 inch figure lines and the 3.75 inch figure lines are the main components of that sales drive. I guarantee if they are more new figures available the sales will increase. They need to condense the sections of crap that doesn't sell. Yes you would think that by adding Star Wars to products that would generate sales. Well, it does to a degree, but most of it is junk products. If you look back in the late 70s and 80s there were pegs and pegs of new figures and new vehicles/playsets. Sales were good because of the availability. Availability goes hand in hand with sales. When customers see new product (strictly what sells) it creates an excitement. When that happens products fly off the shelves. Sells increase with the availability of new products and presto you have happy consumers. When i see the same old crap day in and day out i start to lose interest. I'm thinking will i ever get a complete set of the new 6 inch line at retail or the 3.75 line at retail? Well, since i can't complete my set might as well seek the alternative. Sell what i have and collect something else. Like ninja turtles... Probably not... When you have more and more customers /collectors get into the same mindset that i experience, sells plummet. When sells plummet, you'll never see anything on the shelves other than what you see on the shelves now.. Constable Zuvios and the gimp in the red suit.... Hasbro is failing and it maybe time for them to hang their hat and turn the reins over to another company that's going to deliver...

I agree 100% another company need to step in. The distribution is horrible. On line distributors get them last. Store get 1 case a month maybe 2. The run out of then at the warehouse. Hasbro does not know how to provide enough Star Wars. All the other product lines no one buys store have extra stock in the back rooms.Star Wars that sell quickly they do not supply enough

Nowhere to be found in my area. Hasbro has a bad distribution problem and I wish a new toy maker would take over the license. As a collector I'm about done with it and will move to a different line.
