I’m seeing complaints about damaged boxes. My Ben came slightly damaged packaging as well.
I’m sure HTS is getting a lot of complaints. I think their contact us form was crashing yesterday. I send email directly last night. No response yet.

I was lucky Got Ben right before it sold out. I kept checking last night after midnight and this morning around 7am pst. The site showed the items, but they were marked out of stock. I guess the offical launch time for these is 11am et.

Dude, most convention-only exclusives are actually convention-only, at least Hasbro gave those of us who can’t attend a shot at them. It’s not their fault you were 16 minutes late to the party.

Besides, all it means is that you have to wait a bit longer, pay a lot less and do without the talking table and little red flag.

Got both of the ones I wanted. Took about 10 minutes to make it all the way through checkout, but was much easier than I expected. With shipping and tax, Obi-Wan and Kylo ended up costing about 93 bucks. Now trying to figure out how to explain to the wife why it was absolutely necessary to spend that much on 2 badly painted plastic figures, a 2″ talking table and a little red flag. Well played, Hasbro, well played.
