Sounds like my situation. I was third in line so I got some stuff. What was funny yet sad was that at first people weren’t rabidly grabbing figures off pegs because we all assumed there had to be more. When the manager for everyone that was it, it got a bit crazy. I estimate they had 4 cases of each scale and there were at least 50 people in line. Enough to go from one end of the storefront to the other.

You like Hero Mashers? Cool. I think they’re neat toys. Emphasis on “toys”. I got Kanan and Spider-Maul last year. Recently they went on clearance and I got Zeb for $4 and the Bespin Han and Fett set for $10. I really like the set. I just wish the blast effects were removable because Boba’s gun just looks dumb because the blast is too big. I’ll probably just cut it off. As for FF, I did pretty good. Got some stuff at midnight in TRU but most of what I got was early the next morning. It was fun and the Kylo Ren poster is cool. I wonder what this year’s poster and T-shirt look like? Are you going this year, Bombad?

Last year my local TRU didn’t have any action figures, 3.75″ or 6″. I did get this sweet Jar Jar Hero Masher though. 🙂

lot of grown men were swearing because although this Toys R Us was jam
packed with all kinds of new The Force Awakens toys and paraphernalia,
it wasn’t what they wanted. Sure I was disappointed they didn’t have
the figures, but in time I found most of them.

It was a similar situation for my local TRU. I actually wasn’t all that interested in the figures, it was the vehicles I was after. And they had zero X-Wings and zero of Rey’s Speeder. It was just disappointing all around. On top of that, I spent more money on what I did get there since shortly afterwards Target had $10 off when you spend a certain amount. And… it’s on Friday morning. I still had to go to work a few hours later which just makes the entire situation not worth it. I’ll just be patient this time.

Same situation here. The third person in line couldn’t even get one of each figure. Those of us halfway back completely wasted our time.

I didn’t see any figures at all at my TRU. Wal-Mart had them though. The poster TRU handed out was nice.
