Found this today at Burbank, CA Costco. Also found Jyn 18″ at Burbank Wal-Mart. The Jyn at Wal Mart rang up “Commander” 19.97 on the floor scanners, and no problem ringing it at the register. The Costco 3 packs (also had TFA one) were in the pre Xmas toy aisle, a few cases worth, sign above.
I have a feeling Jakks doesn’t have a street date imposed on them, and maybe that’s only a Hasbro thing? Seems people are being denied Hasbro items ringing up, but the Jakks are fine. I really can’t see Costco putting it out “by accident” or not sticking with an imposed street date. They seem to have it together there as far as stocking.

There are many more parts to a 6" figure, but that is why a 6" figure isn't all that more expensive than a 3.75" SA figure (at normal retail price) as they virtually have the same number in total of parts used to assemble the figure. The discrepancy in price between the two scales can be attributed to material cost and again labor.

I wasn’t going to get a reissued Stormtrooper, as he’s the same I got single, and in the TRU pack (and the Costco 3 pack with Vader last year), but I am getting K-2SO, and the Death Trooper so I might as well get a free trooper too! After last year’s Force Friday bust Costco at opening (after staying up all night hitting TRU at midnight, Disney Studio Store in Hollywood, and 24hr Walmart, Costco was the best score with the TFA 3 pack 20″.)
I REALLY wish however they would have retooled his right hand to be a separate grip and weapon, as they have come to use as standard now. Even the 20″ Clone was retooled when they downsized it to have a separate gun.
