I found an ERG too and was really excited. Definitely a bummer!

They aren’t recalled. It’s just Walmart’s default answer when they can’t/won’t sell you something.

Same thing happened to me — was so excited actually find something on a peg (everything was there — grabbed two ERGs — it felt as if a dream!). I go to checkout and the register beeps and tells me it is a restricted item. The Customer Service Manager came and told me it was “on recall.” Perhaps a way to quell nerdy desires? Seriously? How could these be recalled?

I despise scalping perhaps as much as you, but do we know Derek bought the entire case? The Royal Guards are an army builder that many of us would like to have more than one of. Buying multiples of the others I don’t get. Personally, I don’t have a problem with helping your friends out with something they can’t find. Its when people buy up all the hot/hard to find figures, removing them from the market and then putting them back on the market via eBay at double the price that I start taking issue.

Not perfect, but they’re getting there.

I would buy all three to open!
