Because nobody would be willing to pay 299 $ for an in person autograph… but just in case there are some, through this channel they can make some money of it. Honestly this made canceling my Celebration Trip next year THAT much easier… I am not going to fly over from Germany to see the usual suspects as guests as in Essen 2013 and London 2016, just because they build Orlando around the 40th anniversary of “A New Hope”. Sure its easy to say: you dont want to pay the money, then just dont buy these autographs but stop complaining. All I am saying is, I think they are doing more fans a disservice than a positive.
