Did you ever collect the Playmates Trek figures from the 90's? I was never a huge fan of the overall design of those figures, but for some reason I really like the ones based on TOS. I'm trying to remember if they ever made a Tellarite. I actually started buying figures from that line based on TOS a few years ago because they are so cheap now. I think I have most of them. I still need Kirk, Spock and Bones from that movie sub-line. I cant believe the made a Saavik figure and I didn't know about it until a few years ago. I also wish I had gotten the ships. They actually go for a bit more on the aftermarket. I do have the Romulan BOP, which is a favorite of mine. I'd love to get the TOS shuttlecraft. Btw, any thoughts on the new show? Destiny. I guess I'll onky be watching the pilot until they get released on DVD because I'm not subscribing to the CBS app just for me show. It's supposedly set before TOS and in the Prime timeline(which is great, imo). Do you think it'll be any good?

Now that we're getting the AT-ST in TBS it's actually possible to get more vehicles from the superior, older sculpts. I'd love to see a blue striped X-Wing using the large X-Wing mold last used in TVC. With so many OT vehicles in RO Hasbro would be smart to use past sculpts in the same way as the AT-ST to give TBS some much needed, collector-focused vehicles from RO. A TIE would be cool too. Regular TIE fighters had more screen time than the strikers in RO. Even a Y-wing, possibly packed with TBS PII Dutch Vander woukd be a cool release. I have both the vehicle and figure, but if ever a new SW film needed a toy line with a lot of figures and vehicles it's RO. Hasbro could easily capitalize on existing versions of OT figures and vehicles to pad the line. I genuinely like the 5poa RO figures, but the movie was so good gat I just can't help but picture SA versions of all these great new characters on vintage-style cards.

Yes, the Ackbar action figures have all been great. They were each some of my absolute favorites at the time in which they were released. The TVC Admiral Ackbar is stupendous! I don't think they could do any better.

Yeah, you're right. I had forgotten about Zett's single carded release in the ROTS line. Yep, I guess you could count S1 Ahsoka and Ezra as kids. I wasn't really thinking of the animated characters at the time.
