You really don’t like the 2010 TVC Rocket Firing Boba Fett? To each his own, bug I love that figure. It wasn’t meant to be an exact reproduction of the Kenner Fett. It was based on the prototype of the Fett that actually shot the rocket and was cancelled. I’m sure you know the story. IMO, the only problem with the figure is that the rocket was still to small as to pose a choking hazard, so they had to include that huge “safe” rocket for actual firing. And because of the functionality of that larger rocket there’s a small hole on the bottom of the jetpack. But if you just use the a small, non-firing rocket it looks pretty great.

Agreed. I also think that rocket firing Fett was awesome. It wasn’t supposed to be a replica of the regular Kenner Fett. The huge missile was a bit lame, but I just use the small one. I could care less if it actually fires.

Probably hoods, I don’t trust Pops! I don’t underestimate their ability to wake up in the middle of the night and feast on all of my “normal” action figures. Lol

For as cool as it would be to relive my youth with a set of original Kenner repos, I feel that it is very important that with any such modern “reproduction” they do differ from the originals in some easily determined way. There shouldn’t be any confusion over what is an original vintage figure and what is a modern replica.

Will you put little hoods over their heads when you go to sleep at night or scaled down paper sacks? 🙂

I guess then that it’s a good thing I didn’t give in to the temptation of the Biker Scout, R2-D2 & C-3PO or TFA Nien Nunb, Ackbar & BB-8 or Walgreen ERG, Ree Yees & AT-AT Driver? And it’s good I did not come across any on clearance. It’s not like I don’t have enough figures already. This set is super cool though!
