Well that’s a shame. Thanks for the info.

Looks to me like Vader is on a card in the Legacy pack.

Collectors will “collect,” no stopping that, and Hasbro knows it. Will it ebb scalpers, probably not looking at current eBay pricing. Am I as a collector disappointed, absolutely. SAD! (to quote our beloved POTUS).

Hmm… OK, got it. No problem, as I was planing on buying the Legacy Pack for the stand anyway. So I wonder which wave 1 figure they’re doubling up on in that case, to make a case pack of 6?

Vader will not be released on the Vintage card separately. (Only in the Legacy Pack). He will be able in the standard Red/Black box later.

LOL! These may be repacks, but collectors have to be responsible for themselves, their own purchases and their own budget. Collectors can’t put the blame Hasbro for making an easy business decision.

OK, I see now that the “Legacy Pack” is one and the same as the 6-inch “Early Bird Kit” and will include vintage carded Vader for $40. Also part of that set is a multi-piece stand that recreates the original Kenner Early Bird stand and backdrop and will fit all 12 figures.

Am I understanding correctly that vintage carded Vader will also be available in wave 1, outside of this Legacy Pack?
