I’ve had the same experience. For as much as I’d love to support HTS, I’ve ordered from them many times and it can be really hit or miss on card/box condition.

I have often received figures from Hasbro Toy Shop with bent cards or dented bubble. Hoping they package these well for collectors. Suspect it would have been better to wait and buy from BBTS who is more careful with carded figures.
