But Target has used several DPCI’s for 6″ Black Series over the years. I’ve recently been trying to update my records and it looks as though Rogue One wave 1 all had unique DPCI’s for each character. Is this correct? And then they went back to a “master” DPCI for RO wave 2 or 3? I’m so confused.
