In reply to CT-7567. Unfortunately not all Walmarts take clearance on the same items. And even if they do, they are not necessarily to the same percentage off. Clearance should really be looked at from a store to store basis. Sucks, I know! My Walmart rarely discounts anything!

In reply to SID. I believe Target's price match policy is to meet the advertised price, so either Walmart's website or print ad. Obviously the website is going to be on a figure by figure basis, while a print ad may give you a wider range. Sorry it didn't work out for you, but I don't think Target did you wrong.

In reply to SID. Soo Stupid 3 days later I get them for the same price I was trying to get them to match. The same 4x death troopers same store. Very annoying. Atleast they put out the at-act driver early.

I went to my closest Target (in Jacksonville, FL) Sunday right after seeing this and saw the sign. I grabbed an AT-ACT Driver and one of those $7.99 figures for my son and took them to the scanner where they scanned at their regular prices. I thought the discount would come off at the register and went to checkout in the CS line to PM something else I was buying. When the figures rang up at the regular prices, I mentioned the sign. The cashier contacted someone in electronics who saw the sign and confirmed it didn’t show any limitations and was unclear. He told the cashier to go ahead and take the 20% off the 2 figures for me and that he was “taking the sign down”. Luckily I was already in the right line to get it taken care of….sucks they took the sign down though.

glad u got one for $7 I bit and grabbed the last 4x between my WalMarts for $15. I knew it was small but wow what a joke. Atleast the figure is worth the price in trade.
employees are jerks at some of these chains. Have no idea what they are doing. I dunno if its fear of the job or false pride… Both?
my favorite ever Experience was a toys r us in queens, ny that had like 40 reAction figures left and they scanned at $0.05 (yup) each. I filled my cart and the sales lady had no idea so she called the assistant manager who on the spot refused to sell me the figures “where did u get these?! These are on recall back to warehouse hence $0.05 a price we cannot sell them to you for”… They lined the pegs and scanned at that price and NOTHING I could say was going to get me the sale (I tried everything for 20 mins).

In reply to SID. I found a Hera's A-wing for $7 at a Walmart. I wanted a second as an opener so I went to another Walmart that I knew had a few. I showed the lady my receipt and told her I had the actual toy in my car. She still wouldn't give it to me. These associates can be real a$$holes with price matching sometimes. They always seem to find a reason to decline the discount.
