My girlfriend ordered this for me on FFII and still nothing. After many emails, phoncalls, etc they told her yesterday that they have 3,000 Snokes sitting in the warehouse that they can’t ship because they are all damaged after being shipped from Hasbro. They still couldn’t explain why they shipped orders made well after other had been waiting weeks for theirs. What a joke.

I pre-ordered mine online September 2nd. Got one e-mail like this with no estimate. Went to a store to ask about it and they were very rude and unaccommodating. It’s been 2 months now. Definitely regret pre-ordering him as I’ve found other figures and plushes of Snoke online. This was my last and only experience with LameStop.

this is such BS I pre-ordered mine in store and have been calling every few days and they keep saying we still haven’t received it and no ETA on it.

I preordered mine on Sep 17 and I still have not received mine so I am still waiting in limbo even with the Force Friday guys. I guess this is all kind of random as to who’s got shipped out and who’s didn’t. Between this and the Inferno Squad trooper, it’s pretty evident that GS is not the way to go. Hasbro has always been on top of things and I have seen several people on YouTube who have already received theirs in the background behind them. It honestly sucks. If we all pre-ordered so early, they should expect an estimate roughly around how many they need produced. If this is some sort of overseas painting thing that takes time, I totally understand, but I just want to know that if the delay is in place due to the massive volume of preorders, this is due to Hasbro wanting top quality out of every figurine. I know people have complained about poor quality figures and Hasbro has listened to the fans for quality control on their products. Totally get it. I just hope we are all getting the figure we have been clamoring for since day 1 in top quality. Maybe they even throw in some sort of small item as a “Thank you for being patient on your delayed preorder” or something, but knowing GS, that won’t happen. If it does, call me out on that.
