In reply to chad. I am not a fan of Discovery as well, BUT it actually got much better once it started delving into other things like Mudd, etc. Still not nearly as good as the others though!

Did not pay for CBS All Access for Star Trek, will not pay for another streaming service for Star Wars. I have noticed in the comments sections everywhere that all these multiple services is just driving more people to torrenting and Android streaming services. Gonna start biting them in the tail very soon.

I’ve wanted this for a long time. Well, since the first time they announced one in like 2005. It’s cool that we’re getting one now, and with the deep pockets Disney has, I’m sure it will be better than whatever got cancelled in 2010. If they can make a live-action show that is up to par with TCW and Rebels, I will be 100% satisfied and probably even pay for the service to watch it.

I would prefer a computer generated tv series of tv movies similar to the old republic cut scenes. More grown up and darker (maybe a selection of random tales or young indiana jones style). I just do not think star wars will translate well into a live action tv series due to special effects limitations and high expectations (though I maybe suffering irrational fear due to seeing the Star Wars Holiday Special).
