Seems like an odd choice for an immediate repack, does Palpatine have a TLJ cameo? If not, this basic figure slot should go to a new TLJ character.

The image resolution isn’t great, but it looks as though the eyes may be painted more realistically than the Target Exclusive ROTJ 3-pack Emperor. I also can’t tell from the image if this one comes with a cane, like the Target one.
