The question is how many of these will be made available to buy. I hear rumors that SH Figuarts sometimes makes figures just for display, and with the Star Wars exhibits, I’ve seen hints of that, like with Maul’s speeder or an entire sculpt for a Super Battle Droid a year or two ago, both of which have had no confirmation since.

Nice to see the color-coded battle droids/clones are out again. I’d hope they’re coming soon, I would like to have some more OOM-9 in my ranks.

I love the re-action figures. I stopped collecting them a year ago (?)… Man they blew out soo many that B&N constantly had them on sale or clearance, so I got tons of them often form $1-$5. Growing up in the 90’s all my favorite movies had no figures (or atleast all of them in one scale). So they are exactly what I wanted since my favorite toys were the vintage SW line. But… I can understand why they’re not a favorite among collectors.

Yeah that 6″ (7″?) rocketeer Is really cool been so tempted to grab it many times.

Haha that line is one of my favorite parts of the movie… Just like when the gangster is shooting… Stops… makes eye contact and then keeps shooting. Gets me everytime. Lol.

See, the re-action ones are just so,well… crappy. I can’t bring myself to buy them. My dad has the Funko? 6″ rocketeer and it looks awesome. That’s one of my favorite movies! “I may not make an honest living, but I’m still an American!”

In reply to SID. Same here... I've been dropping hints for Christmas haha. I've seen some incredible astromech customs done from those model kits. You can spray paint the pieces before putting them together so it looks fantastic.

You and me both… The R2/R5 kits are like “$25” and from what I’ve seen by customizers/etc. are actually in scale with the BS more then those pitiful Hasbro ones.

I just don’t have it in me to pull trigger… Right now.

Exactly my thoughts. I even expressed that to them. They are launching a SCI-FI series soon that I saw designs of at the show which looks amazing… Equal Parts retro/animie/sw/John carter/alien/ etc. Etc..

(an no I don’t mean the bucky o’hare line… Which is incredible in detail BTW)
