This has been the problem since Walmart first got this exclusive line! In my area wave 1 only showed up in spits and spurts, less than a case at a time, wave 2 with Ceremonial Leia never showed up, wave 3, the first TFA wave showed up months later, the Phasma wave showed up maybe a year late, TFA Han and Leia wave showed up months late. In fact, I think the only wave that showed up anywhere near on time was the Ackbar/Ahsoka/Lando/ERG wave and the Rogue One waves. I am STILL waiting for the first case of TLJ figures to hit my area Walmarts! Oh, and the topic of this article, the Proto-Fett, Ponda Baba, Sandtrooper, Tusken Raider wave… I have NEVER seen any of those figures in a store. Walmart’s distribution is horrendous! I’m so glad super-articulated 3.75″ is going back to mass market distribution.

Yeah. 30 Tuskens in my one Walmart and nearly as many Pondas. Then again, no other Walmart around has them so maybe the issue is too much sent to one location.

Seconded. A location near me has soo many figures not sold (from a display shipper) that people are not even bothered to look.
