Why are these figures 5 inch tall and only sold at the Disney store?

In reply to phruby. The Disney Infinity game is dead and the figs your referencing were the Infinity figs that went with the game. These figure are a "spiritual successor" to that line and have nothing to do with the game itself and are only available at Disney Store. Hope that clears it up for you.
