Our friends at Jedi-Bibliothek have received intel that the Force Friday merchandise roll out for Star Wars: The Last Jedi will allegedly begin globally on September 1, 2017. With the problems that surrounded The Force Awakens event, let’s hope that the products for the sequel have better distribution on launch day.

The ever expanding list of action figure cover variants for Marvel’s Star Wars series continues with R2-D2 for issue #006. Like the others, this variant features the work of John Tyler Christopher giving the cover a Vintage Kenner inspired design with a realistic twist. Look for it at your local comic shop on June 3.

Amazon.de has made available pre-orders for the as-of-yet to be officially announced sixth season (originally available on Netflix) release of The Clone Wars on Blu-ray and DVD.
